One ad is a hunch. Several are a test.
For kiwiz, an online shop selling premium accessories, Maze & Friends implemented a content plan in seven phases. Website videos and commercials in reel format provided the material for A/B tests, in other words a direct comparison of several ad creatives. Since then, the shop has been selling noticeably more.
Maze & Friends from Vienna set up a seven-phase content plan for kiwiz, an online shop selling premium accessories. It produced website videos and a series of commercials in reel format that served as the basis for A/B tests, in other words a direct comparison of several ad creatives. Community management and performance marketing completed the package. The result: noticeably more sales and an engaged community.
A market full of offers. Who stands out?
The kiwiz online shop sells exclusive premium accessories. It is a crowded market: anyone searching online for accessories finds countless offers. The question was how kiwiz could get noticed and reach exactly the customers its range is meant to appeal to. The goal was clear: launch as a premium brand, boost sales and stand out from the crowd.
For that, kiwiz needed a clear strategy that attracts attention and at the same time shows what makes the products special: their quality and their own selling point. It also needed high-quality content, produced quickly, so that messages could be tested from the start instead of staking everything on a single creative.

“Why buy here and not from the next shop?”
The question every online customer asks before choosing a shop.

A seven-phase content plan gave the production a clear structure. Building on it, we shot high-quality website videos that show kiwiz’s products in the right light, and produced a series of commercials in reel format for social media. That created enough material, quickly enough, to compare marketing concepts in A/B tests.

Seven phases, one plan
The content plan sets out what is produced when, and what for. That makes production fast, structured and effective instead of leaving it to chance.

Videos for the website and the feed
Website videos show the products in detail and at a calm pace. The reels translate the same quality into short, stylish commercials for social media.

Test, retain, sell
A/B tests show which message really sells. Community management and performance marketing build an engaged community around kiwiz that joins the conversation and comes back.
What the content achieved.

Three things that last.

Plan before production
Seven phases sound like effort, but they save time. If you know what a video is needed for, you only shoot it once.

Variants instead of hunches
Several spots in reel format are what make A/B tests possible in the first place. The data decides which creative gets the budget.

Premium needs a community
A premium brand thrives on people who recommend it. Community management helps turn buyers into regular customers.
