Sales Representative (m/f/d)

Maze & Friends is looking for a Sales Representative (m/f/d) to win new clients and look after existing ones. You sell the services of our studio, from brand film and content production to social media and performance marketing, and work with management and the team to develop the right solution for each client.

What you’ll do

• Research potential clients and approach them by phone, email or in person
• Run initial calls to assess their needs, online or on site
• Prepare presentations and lead sales conversations
• Write proposals and develop sales strategies with management
• Look after existing clients, including monthly update calls
• Maintain the client database and report on sales targets

What you bring

• Fluent German, spoken and written (C2)
• You are confident on the phone and build relationships quickly
• A completed degree or comparable qualification in sales or marketing
• Interest in selling content, social media and performance services
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (essential)
• Experience with CRM systems
• Early wins in selling services are a plus, but not a must

Salary
For this position we pay at least €3,104 gross per month on a full-time basis (38.5 hours per week), 14 times a year, as is standard in Austria. For part-time roles, the amount applies pro rata. Depending on your qualifications and experience, we may pay above the collective agreement minimum.
